FOR THE HONEY
Set up your double boiler (small pot of boiling water with a glass bowl on top). Bring the water to a boil. Place the chilli peppers into the bowl and add 2/3 cup of honey. Heat for 5 minutes. Remove from the heat and allow to cool completely. Place the infused honey in the jar. Repeat the process with the rosemary, lavender, orange zest, and cinnamon sticks. Seal the jars till you are ready to use them.
FOR THE APPLES
Cut the apple into 1/3 inch circles to expose a pretty flower in the center. Place the apples into glass jars. Add some lemon juice and lemon slices to stop them from going brown. Top the jars with water.
ASSEMBLY
Arrange the glass jars on the table and surround them with the infused honey.
