Papaya & Greek Yoghurt

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe papaya – halved with seeds removed
  • 1 cup of Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup blueberries
  • ¼ cup chopped mango
  • 2 TBS granola
  • 2 TBS walnuts
  • 1 tspn pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tspn cranberries

Instructions

Cut the papaya in half and remove the pips (you can save these for a salad dressing). Fill the cavity with Greek yogurt.

Sprinkle with chopped mangos and blueberries. Add some walnuts, pumpkin seed, and cranberries.
