Kale & Berry Recovery Smoothie

Ingredients

Scale
  • 23 cups kale
  • 1/21 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 scoop of protein powder
  • 1 tsp loose green tea leaves
  • 810 cubes of ice
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend on high for 60 seconds (or until smooth).

MAKES 2 GLASSES
