Peanut Butter & Banana Protein Shake

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 8 ice cubes
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 TBS smooth peanut butter
  • 1 cup milk (fat free/full cream/almond/soy)
  • Pinch of cinnamon

Instructions

Peel bananas and freeze in a zip lock bag.

 

Add a frozen banana and ice cubes and to blender. Add theprotein powder, peanut butter, milk and cinnamon. Blend until smooth.

Pour into glass and serve.
