Yoghurt Parfait with Granola & Figs

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of MELISSA’S FAMOUS GRANOLA
  • 2 cups plain or Greek yogurt
  • 1 cups fresh figs – cut into quarters
  • 1 cup of fresh strawberries (hulled and sliced)
  • 4 tablespoons honey

Instructions

Line up 4 parfait glasses or mason jars. Divide the yogurt between the 4 glasses.

Top with the fresh fruit and scatter with the granola.

Drizzle with a tablespoon of honey.
