My love with Goat Cheese is infinite. It’s the perfect thing to slather on a cracker or crusty bread.

The holidays are here and I know you are probably looking for easy, yummy, and delicious party recipes.

This cheese and cracker combo is a sure-fire winner when you are entertaining a crowd.

Don’t even get me started on the carrot jam and crunchy Marcona almonds. They create a match made in heaven and the rosemary just knocks it out of the park.

Truth be told, if I didn’t have to cook for Saul and Jade, I would happily eat this a few nights of the week and wash it down with a good glass of red. I mean who doesn’t love cheese and wine??

But the good news is this is the perfect thing to serve when friends stop by. And most of the stuff you should have in your pantry, so it’s super easy to do last minute.

You can tweak the recipe and use another cheese. You can also change out the jam flavors, nuts and add some dried fruit.

The only thing you cannot do is forget to invite me over. Wishing you all a wonderful holiday season.
