I don’t need an excuse to make a salad. I am obsessed with them and I make no apologies for that.
But I don’t know what it is about fruity salads. They just make me happy. I feel like I am eating dessert instead of something healthy.
This salad is a guaranteed crowd-pleaser. I always get compliments when I make it.
It’s super colorful so it means it’s good for you. The berries are packed with antioxidants and the chewy figs and walnuts have so many nutrients that our bodies crave. And it’s served on a bed of greens.
Try it out. Your body will thank you later
