I am always looking for a quick protein snack to eat on the go. But the real challenge was coming up with one that Saul and Jade didn’t pull up their face at. It needed to be yummmmy.

So I experimented and these ones got the Mayo Family seal of approval. They are delicious and definitely help keep me satisfied between meals.

They are loaded with cocoa powder and healthy fats and seeds but the secret ingredient is the protein powder.

It balances sugar levels and fights off cravings. I know I am going to get tons of questions about which protein powder to use. My favorite protein powder based on taste is Quest.

For this recipe, I used the Quest Cholate Milkshake flavor and Quest bars are amazing too. You can buy them on Amazon. And no this is not a sponsored post. I just love their products.

I would love to hear your feedback so tag me in your photos if you make these.
