When I was a kid every Sunday night was bagel night. My father would take me to Kaufies the local bakery in the afternoon to pick up a dozen bagels.
We’d make a variety of bagels, smoked salmon, cheese and jam, sardines, and tomatoes and enjoy it with a steaming cup of five roses milk tea.
This Sunday we had some friends over and I thought why not do a bagel bar?? This was for around 16 people but you can size it up or down accordingly.
The trick is to assemble a bunch of bright colors around the salmon and let everyone pick and choose their own combinations.
I hope this becomes a Sunday tradition in your home too
