This fruity nutty salad – it’s quite possibly the most crunchy delicious salad of all time!!
I am a huge dried fruit and nut addict. I have a massive selection of them in my pantry at all times. I just adore them.
I pretty much add them to everything and anything I eat. Seriously. You would be amazed at how they elevate any dish.
I love the combination of fresh fruit, chewy sweet dried fruit, and crunchy nuts in my salads too.
I probably make a version of this salad 3 nights a week.
I mix it up, using whatever fresh fruit is in season. I add dried mangos, apricots, candied orange peel, dates, or peaches. And I switch out the nuts and use brazils, cashews, almonds, pine nuts, pecans or candied ones.
So go ahead and create your own version and don’t forget to share it with me
