This Greek Yogurt smoothie is so delicious it tastes like ice cream. And I love the gorgeous purple color from the berries which are loaded with anti-oxidants.
Greek yogurt is one of my go-to snacks. With 20 grams of protein per cup, it keeps me full and curbs my hunger for hours. I love Fage.
I usually have it for breakfast or lunch. I love to add some nuts and granola and honey to it. Or I use it as a base for a smoothie like this one. You can also use other fruits you have on hand but freeze them first. That way they give the shake a thicker texture.

Greek Yogurt Blueberry Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup of frozen blueberries
- 1 cup of good quality Greek yogurt
- 1 cup of ice
- ½ cup water
Instructions
Place all ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth, adding more liquid if necessary.
Pour into a glass and serve.
