Halloween Oreo Pops

  • Author: Melissa Mayo

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pack of Oreo CookiesLollipop Sticks
  • Candy Eye Balls
  • Assorted Sprinkles
  • 12 oz bags of Candy Melts – in assorted colors
  • Melted Coconut oil
  • Parchment paper
  • Baking Spray

Instructions

Line a few baking sheets with parchment paper and spray with nonstick spray.

Gently separate the Oreos by twisting them apart.

Place a third of the bag of candy chocolate pellets into a microwave-safe bowl. Melt for 20 seconds. Stir with a fork for 30 seconds. Repeat the process till chocolate is melted. Add 1 ½ tsp of melted coconut oil and stir make to make the chocolate easier to work with.

Dip the stick into the chocolate and press it into the side of the Oreo with the cream. Place the other half of the Oreo on top and gently press together.

Hold the Oreo by the stick over the bowl of chocolate and use a spoon to cover it with chocolate on all sides. Tap the stick lightly against the bowl to get rid of excess chocolate.

Place the Oreo Pop on the baking sheet and decorate as desired while the chocolate is still wet.

Wait till they are completely dry before trying to remove them from the paper.
