Word on the street is that breakfast is the most important meal of the day!

It gets your metabolism firing and keeps you full till lunch. And it sets you up to make better choices during the day.

A nutritious green smoothie balances out last night’s chocolate pizza. Right??? Right

I go to be dreaming about breakfast. And this smoothie is loaded with Kiwis which are a rich source of vitamin A, C, B6, E, and K. They also have folate, magnesium, phosphorus, copper, and fiber and the seeds contain omega-3 fatty acids.

Bottom line… they are good for you. They also boost your immune system and help lower high blood pressure.

This smoothie is jam-packed with delicious kiwi, bananas, blackberries, and spinach. I’ll drink to your health

Kiwi Berry Green Smoothie

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced in half
  • 3 packed cups- spinach
  • 1 ½ cups water
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 cup ice

Instructions

Combine all ingredients into your blender. Blend on full strength until thoroughly incorporated and smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.

SERVES 2
