A succulent, easy, and very flavorful Tarragon chicken that is bursting with flavor.
Chicken is definitely one of our go-to’s on busy nights. I love that you can easily transform it using different herbs and spices.
Today we are visiting France!
Tarragon – one of the most underused herbs in the kitchen. It’s commonly found in French cooking.
It has a distinctive anise or licorice flavor similar to the taste of fennel and it works beautifully with chicken or fish.
Just marinate some boneless chicken thighs and throw them on the grill to get a nice char. You can use chicken breasts if you prefer white meat.
Then just slice them up and serve them on a bed of roasted veggies for a healthy, delicious, and super easy weeknight dinner.
You can add some couscous or quinoa to create loaded chicken bowls. It’s guaranteed to become a family favorite.
Happy cooking
