This combo of the tart yogurt with sweet figs and the crunchy granola is incredible.
I absolutely love Greek yogurt with granola and fruit. It is my go-to breakfast and I often have it for lunch or dinner too.
I am using my famous granola in this recipe but if you are in a rush you can just use a good quality store-bought one.
I am serving them as individual parfaits. But you can serve all the components separately in individual glass bowls and let everyone make their own. You can also substitute the fruit with whatever is in season.
Breakfast has never looked so good

Yoghurt Parfait with Granola & Figs
Ingredients
- 2 cups of MELISSA’S FAMOUS GRANOLA
- 2 cups plain or Greek yogurt
- 1 cups fresh figs – cut into quarters
- 1 cup of fresh strawberries (hulled and sliced)
- 4 tablespoons honey
Instructions
Line up 4 parfait glasses or mason jars. Divide the yogurt between the 4 glasses.
Top with the fresh fruit and scatter with the granola.
Drizzle with a tablespoon of honey.
